Pro Site FAQs:
1. Why didn’t I get the email with my new code?It is possible that you did and it was filtered out by your spam filter. Check your email junk folder and see it if in there.
2. What if I never got a new code?
You will need to go through the application process. At the bottom of the farbankpros.com login form is a link to apply for the pro program.
3. How long will it take to go through the approval process?
Please give us 5 business days to process your application. You will get an email once it is done processing.
4. I'm trying to place an order, but the credit card section is greyed out and won't let me add a card.
Make sure you hit Apply at the bottom of the address you just entered. That completes the address entry section and will move you to the card entry section.
5. If you are having other problems using our online store, it could be because to an outdated browser, a mis-typed pro code, a change of email associated with your code, or you have exceeded your allotted product quantities. Please note: for viewing content and placing orders on our web site, we recommend using the most recent versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari.
Shipping Info
We ship anywhere in the US. All shipping from farbankpros.com is FedEx Ground. Expedited service is not available at this time. Order well in advance of your scheduled needs. We are not responsible for delays, nor will we expedite orders. PO Boxes will go through USPS with no confirmation or tracking so you are encouraged to use a physical address as your shipping address. Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays.The following rates apply for Pro Program purchases:

Payment Methods
We only accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards for payment at time of checkout. We cannot accept domestic orders by Telephone, Postal Mail, Fax, or Email at farbankpros.com. We do not accept credit card numbers delivered by email. Sending credit card numbers by email is not secure and should never be practiced.Backorders and Cancellations
In the event an item gets backordered, the item will be cancelled from the order. Customer Service will notify you of the cancelation.Returns Info
We have a 30 day return policy for unused items. To initiate a return request, please do the following:1. Find the order on the order history page in your account here. You will be prompted to login to your account if you are not already logged in.
2. Once you have found your order, click on the order to open the order details page and click "Create Return".
3. Select the item to return and quantity, the return reason and what you would like us to do.
Our Customer Service team will email you with the return authorization number to be included on the shipment. Please pack your items, tags and packing list and mail to the address below. IMPORTANT NOTE: On the package, please reference the return authorization number that we emailed you. Please note that shipping is not refunded, unless we made a mistake processing your order.
